Standard service includes menu planning, grocery shopping, food preparation and delivery of packaged meals, complete with heating instructions. The containers are yours to keep recycling however your wish!

Free delivery is provided to my contract clients within the City of Ottawa.

BI-WEEKLY SERVICE
Combination of fresh serve refrigerator meals and freezer meals

5 entrees with sides x 4 people (40 servings) $385 + groceries
5 entrees with sides x 3 people (30 servings) $305 + groceries
5 entrees with sides x 2 people (20 servings) $215+ groceries

WEEKLY SERVICE
Fresh serve refrigerator meals only

3 entrees with sides x 4 people (12 servings) $190 + groceries
3 entrees with sides x 3 people (9 servings) $150+ groceries
3 entrees with sides x 2 people (6 servings) $110 + groceries

It would be my pleasure to assist you with your personal diet. I can accommodate any plan that you may be following. However, due to the increased time involved with the planning and preparation of many special diets, a 10% surcharge will be added to my standard fees.
